During the stay at the UCJC in Madrid, Alena Vavrdová participated in the international conference “Exchange of Teacher Training and Implementation of Active Methodologies and Best Practices in Different Educational Systems”, held on November 27, 2019 at the Camilo José Cela University in Madrid.
Here Vavrdová presented the project KINDINMI – The Kindergarten as and Factor of Inclusion for Migrant Children and their Families Erasmus + Program, Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships 2017-1-SE01-KA203-034587. The conference included colleagues from several countries of the world, namely Hungary, Finland, Norway, Germany and Kenya. Very interesting contributions came from Kenya (Education in Africa – Schools in refugee camps and discussions with colleagues from Berlin on Supporting children’s cultural identity, trans-linguistic and socio-emotional competence in multilinguistic/multicultural environments) The conference finished with discussion on study cases of this particular pedagogic field.
