The KINDINMI project is a collaborative and comparative research project on local, regional, national and European strategies and good practices concerning the inclusion of young migrants aged 6 months to 7 years in kindergarten\/preschool education as a means to encouraging better opportunities for them as well as their families for social orientation and inclusion in the host country. To reach such a goal it is necessary to improve the initial and in service training of educators in the kindergarten\/preschool training, in which all partners as teams from\u00a0Austria, Czech Republic, Scotland and Sweden are involved on different levels.<\/p>\n
Bei KINDINMI handelt es sich um ein international vergleichendes Forschungsprojekt, das sich mit lokalen, regionalen, nationalen und transeurop\u00e4ischen Strategien auseinandersetzt. Es gilt gute Praxisbeispiele bez\u00fcglich der Inklusion junger Migrantinnen und Migranten im Alter bis zu sieben Jahren im Rahmen der Kindergarten- bzw. Vorschulp\u00e4dagogik zu entwickeln. Es ist das erkl\u00e4rte Ziel anhand des internationalen Vergleichs bessere M\u00f6glichkeiten der sozialen Orientierung und Inklusion f\u00fcr die betroffenen Kinder und ihre Familien aufzuzeigen. Um das zu erreichen, ist es notwendig, die Ausbildungsmodule f\u00fcr die Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung der P\u00e4dagoginnen und P\u00e4dagogen in Elementar- und Primarstufe zu optimieren. In diesen Prozess sind die verschiedenen Partner aus \u00d6sterreich, Schottland, Schweden und Tschechien auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen involviert.<\/p>\n

KINDINMI-projektet \u00e4r ett samarbets- och j\u00e4mf\u00f6rande forskningsprojekt om lokala, regionala, nationella och europeiska strategier och god praxis n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att genom f\u00f6rskolan f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra bem\u00f6tandet av unga migranter i \u00e5ldrarna\u00a06 m\u00e5nader till\u00a07 \u00e5r samt deras familj. F\u00f6rskolan skall fr\u00e4mja m\u00f6jligheter till social orientering och inkludering i v\u00e4rdlandet. F\u00f6r att n\u00e5 ett s\u00e5dant m\u00e5l \u00e4r det n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra utbildning och fortbildning av personalen i f\u00f6rskolan.
